• We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details.

• By placing an order, you confirm that all billing and shipping information provided is accurate and complete.

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped via Shiprocket and trusted courier partners.

• Estimated delivery timelines:

• Domestic (India): 3–7 business days

• International: 7–14 business days (customs and local delays may apply)

• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

• The Label by Mona is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

• Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

• Customers must report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 48 hours of receiving your order to: labelmonainfo@gmail.com with a short video while opening the product.

• Items availed with tailoring or customization services are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

• Decisions regarding refunds or replacements will be made as per policy guidelines.

7. User Accounts

• Customers may create an account to track orders and enjoy faster checkout.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
